Minister of Energy and Water Development Hon. Kenneth Konga on Friday 28th September 2007 appointed a new Board for the Energy Regulation Board (ERB). The appointment of the Board is in accordance with Section 3 of the Energy Regulation Act, Chapter 436, of the Laws of Zambia. The new Board comprises of
seven eminent members who include Mr. Sikota Wina, Mr. Nick Tembo, Mr.
George C. Samiselo, Mr. Hobson K. Simasiku, Mrs. Idah Nkoma, Mrs. Pixie
K. Yangailo and Mr. Elias Ng'ndu Mpondela.
The previous Board was dissolved by the Minister in July 2007.
