The Energy Regulation Board (ЕRB) has approved Twenty-nine (29) License application, and five (5) construction permits across Petroleum, Electricity and RenewaЫe Energy sub-sectors, representing a total investment commitment of ZMW 2.45 billion (US$ 130 million).
The approvals, granted by the Board’s Licensing Committee on 13th February 2026, reflect the continued investor confidence in Zambia’s energy sector and reaffirm the ERB’s dedication to fostering a transparent predictable and efficient regulatory environment.
