The Energy Regulation Board (ERB) wishes to inform all licensed entities, potential applicants and energy sector stakeholders that the licence requirements issued under the Energy Regulation Statutory Instrument SI 42 of 2021 have been repealed and replaced by Statutory Instrument SI 41 of 2023 effective 15th September 2023.
