The Energy Regulation Board (ERB), in collaboration with the Ministry of Energy, is in the process of developing implementation tools to support the rollout of Electricity Open Access in Zambia.
As part of this process, the ERB invites all stakeholders to review and provide feedback on the following draft documents:
- Trading Guidelines
- System Operator Guidelines for Open Access to the Transmission and Distribution System
- Participation Agreement
Stakeholders are encouraged to submit their comments and feedback by Sunday, 24th August 2025 to the following email addresses:
