To ensure accountability and foster trust, the ERB established an Integrity Committee in November 2019 under the Anti-Corruption Act No 3 of 2012.
The ERB recognizes the importance of corruption prevention for good corporate governance and aims at promoting high ethical standards in its regulation of the energy sector.
